BENGALURU: The multi-level interchange Metro station at Jayadeva junction on Bannerghatta Road – the biggest Metro station in the city – is slated to open partially by the end of 2023.
The station, which will be a part of the Yellow Line from RV Road to Bommasandra and of the Pink Line from Kalena Agrahara to Nagawara, can handle 25,000 passengers during peak hours. Officials of Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) said about 90% of the work on the station has been completed. The total built-up area of the station is 19,826sqm.
