Passengers in Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) in Bengaluru will now be able to track queues, check in, reserve tables at restaurants and much more through a single app. Airport operator Bangalore International Airport (BIAL) on Monday launched BLR Pulse – an app to enhance passenger experience – in collaboration with GrayMatter Software Services.
