NEW DELHI: There is a rise in cases of lost luggage retrieved at Delhi’s railway stations in 2023.
New Delhi, Anand Vihar, Sarai Rohilla and Old Delhi stations are the spots where most of the lost luggage was found.
Railway Protection Force (RPF) data shows that in over 13 Delhi stations, the force found lost baggage worth Rs 1.2 crore till June and returned these to the owners. Last year, in same period they had found lost items worth over Rs 64 lakh.
