BENGALURU: A handbag with Rs 80,000 and documents, which a passenger had forgotten and left behind during pre-departure security check at Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) at the end of July, has been found with all items intact.
The passenger is now waiting for a friend to deliver the handbag to him at his Delhi home.
Rajinder Sachdeva, 60, an automotive spare-parts dealer from Delhi, visited Bengaluru last week on work and was returning to Delhi on IndiGo flight 6E 2406 on the evening of July 29. “He was carrying two small bags and during the pre-departure security check by CISF, forgot to collect one black bag containing Rs 80,000, some documents and ID cards.
