The aviation ministry’s tableau debuted at the Republic Day parade on Wednesday and showcased the impact of regional air connectivity scheme Udan across the country.
Under this scheme, financial incentives from the aviation ministry, state governments and airport operators are extended to selected airlines to encourage operations from unserved and underserved airports and to keep airfares affordable.
