Promoters of Bengaluru-based Atria Power plan to offload a significant minority stake in the company at an enterprise valuation in the vicinity of $1 billion, multiple people aware of the development told ET.
Atria is likely to raise about $250-300 million (₹2,000-2,300 crore) and the financing will likely value the company in the $800 million-$1 billion range (₹6,000-7,500 crore).
