With more than 75 per cent of the work on the half-flyover coming up near the Sarai Kale Khan bus terminal completed, Delhi’s Public Works Department (PWD) Minister Atishi, who inspected the under-construction flyover along with the department officials on Tuesday said the flyover is likely to be open for traffic by July end. The minister directed concerned officials to expedite the work so that it could be opened for commuters soon. The construction of the new flyover on Ring Road was started around July last year and it looks likely that PWD will meet the deadline for the project.
