At least four passengers lost their lives, and around 70 others sustained injuries when six coaches of the Delhi-Kamakhya North East Express derailed near Bihar’s Buxar district on Wednesday night, according to officials.
The devastating derailment occurred at 9:53 pm, with two AC III Tier coaches toppling over, and four other coaches veering off the tracks, as shown in television footage.
