Cricitising Indian Railways for the dire situation of the 3 AC, social media platform X user, Rachit Jain, shared his sister’s distressing encounter while travelling in the AC coach. He described how the overcrowding near the gates made it impossible for her to enter, leading to chaos that resulted in her child being left on the station platform.
“Dire state of 3AC coaches harrowing experience while trying to board a train. Overcrowding near the gates prevented her from entering, and in the chaos, her child was left on the station platform. She had no choice but to risk her safety by disembarking from a moving train to retrieve her child, resulting in injuries,” said Rachit Jain through his social media account on X.
