As per a TOI report, this sudden suspension has left many passengers, who had pre-booked tickets on these routes, waiting for refunds. The airline is expected to cancel more flight operations from Bengaluru in the upcoming days.
Passengers have expressed their dissatisfaction on social media platforms, highlighting the delay in receiving full refunds. Despite the airline initiating the refund process, cancellation fees have been deducted, causing frustration among customers.
