Low-cost airline Akasa Air has moved court against DGCA asking it to direct the civil aviation regulator to take coercive action against 43 pilots who have quit without notice period of six months.
The airline has filed a writ petition in Delhi High Court and has also made the Ministry of Civil Aviation a party to the case. It said that such sudden resignations have forced it to cancel flights which creates a chaotic situation for the public.
