MUMBAI: Domestic air travel in India has become safer what with airlines operating flights with fully vaccinated crew. After Vistara operated a Delhi-Mumbai first, the first domestic flight with a fully vaccinated crew, early this week; Air India Express operated a Delhi-Dubai flight, India’s first international flight with fully vaccinated crew and on Friday AirAsia India has upped the numbers by operating nine domestic flights with vaccinated crew.
The sectors flown by fully vaccinated crew included Bengaluru-Kolkata, Kolkata-Bengaluru, Bengaluru-Chennai, Chennai-Guwahati, Guwahati-Bengaluru, Bengaluru-Pune, Pune-Jaipur, Jaipur-Pune and Pune-Bengaluru, said AirAsia India in a statement.
