Passengers aboard an Air Mauritius flight experienced an ordeal at Mumbai airport on Saturday (February 24) as they were stranded on the aircraft for over five hours before the flight was eventually cancelled, said one of the flyers in an interaction with news agency PTI.
The flight, Air Mauritius MK 749 bound for Mauritius from Mumbai, was scheduled to depart at 4:30 am. Passengers began boarding the plane from 3:45 am onwards. However, the aircraft remained grounded, leading to a prolonged wait for the nearly 200 passengers on board.
