Air India has today revealed its new collection of uniforms for its cabin and cockpit crew. Renowned Indian fashion designer, Manish Malhotra, has designed these uniforms in his Mumbai studio. The new uniforms showcase a variety of colors and timeless designs, blending India’s rich heritage with contemporary style, elegance, and comfort, as stated by the airline in a press release.
The introduction of the new uniforms will be done in stages over the next few months, starting with the launch of Air India’s first Airbus A350.
The color palette of the new uniforms includes deep red, burgundy, aubergine, and accents of gold, paying homage to India’s cultural heritage, according to the airline.
