After 69 years of being run as a government entity, Air India finally goes back to the Tata Group on Thursday.
“We are delighted that the disbursement is completed. We are happy that Air India is back with Tata Group. We look forward to working with everyone in creating a world class airline,” Tata Group chairman N Chandrashekaran announced after the handover.
