Air India plans to use GPT4, the latest, enhanced version of the viral chatbot ChatGPT, its chief executive said on Monday, as the airline aims to improve customer experience on its website.
Use of the generative artificial intelligence-based chatbot will not be “gimmicky”, but will be to actually enhance the airline’s functions, Campbell Wilson said at the CAPA India Aviation Summit.
