In a petition signed by over 1500 Air India pilots, sought Ratan Tata’s intervention in resolving the issue regarding the airline’s management’s decision to unilaterally alter their salary structure and services conditions, on Tuesday sought Ratan Tata’s intervention in resolving the issue. They said their morale is low as they are not being treated with respect and dignity by the airlines’ Human Resource (HR) Department.
Stressing that they take great pride in their work and the role they play in representing the Tata group and India on the global stage, the pilots said: “However, we are currently facing a difficult situation with the current HR department.
