Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to launch the long-awaited new section of the Agra Metro on March 6. This stretch will include stations at popular tourist sites such as the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Officials announced that five trains, each capable of carrying 700 passengers, will operate daily from 6am to 10pm. Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate the ‘priority stretch’ via video conferencing, with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Governor Anandiben Patel attending the event in Agra.
