HYDERABAD: A domestic LPG cylinder will now cost 1,155 in the city. The revised price came into effect from Wednesday. After the hike, Hyderabad stood among the top metropolitan cities in the country with the highest LPG rates. The price of commercial LPG cylinder was also hiked by 350 and now costs 2,325 in the city.
This is the first time LPG price hike has been hiked by the central government this year whereas the price had escalated continuously from 952 to 1,105 between January and May 2022. State-owned fuel retailers had last revised domestic LPG price in July 2022.
