Adani Transmission NSE 1.73 % is raising up to $1.15 billion through offshore loans to fund at least four projects in Gujarat and Maharashtra, three people familiar with the matter said, in what could be the first such large project financing deal amid an economy wracked by the Covid-19 pandemic.
