Adani Gas on Wednesday announced acquisition of city gas licences for Ludhiana and Jalandhar in Punjab and Kutch (East) in Gujarat from Jay Madhok Energy.
It, however, did not disclose the name of the city gas licence holder for the three cities and the acquisition price.
The deal, which adds high potential towns to Adani’s kitty, will make it the nation’s largest city gas operator.
