Adani Enterprises and Adani Total Gas will hold their Annual General Meetings (AGMs) on July 18, the companies informed the exchanges on Tuesday. The respective boards will meet to consider the record date for dividends for the financial year 2022-23 (April-March).
While the AGM of Adani Enterprises is scheduled at 10 am, the latter’s is at 12 pm, the filings said.
