Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) may soon implement its major pre-poll promise of providing 300 free units of electricity to every household. To work out its modalities and discuss its implementation, the party and the state government have held a series of meetings over the past few days.
On Tuesday, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann held a meeting with AAP supremo and his Delhi counterpart Arvind Kejriwal along with Punjab Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, along with senior officers to discuss the same.
The meeting came amidst reports that Kejriwal chaired a meeting of Punjab’s senior bureaucrats,
