A 27-year-old youth was electrocuted while working at Danish Kunj under Kolar police station area on Saturday.
According to the police, the deceased Jitendra Vishwakarma was electrocuted and was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead.
Police were informed and on the receipt of the information a police team reached the spot and started investigation.
After the preliminary investigation, the body was sent for post mortem. The police have registered a case under section 174 of the IPC and started further investigation.The youth was electrocuted while working and soon after he was electrocuted, he fell from the place where he was working which proved fatal for him.
