PSPCL fined for ‘harassing’ consumer
The district consumer disputes redressal forum has quashed a bill for Rs 1,07,460 issued by Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd (PSPCL) to a consumer. The PSPCL has been directed to pay Rs 5,000 as compensation and Rs 2,000 as litigation expenses to the consumer.
