Slow pace of construction irks Panipat residents

Hundreds of students, teachers and other commuters have been facing a lot of problems due to the slow pace of construction of the main road of Sector 11/12 here. The Municipal Corporation dug up the road for the laying of sewer lines seven months ago. The work was to be completed within six months, but has not been completed yet.
