NDMC imposes ban on road cutting till September end
NEW DELHI: New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has imposed a complete ban on road cutting in view of the monsoon season and the order will be valid till September 30.
“It will be applicable for all essential projects, except as required under emergency work with prior approval of the competent authority,” an NDMC official said.
The council has also directed that any road cutting, which is already under progress, should be neatly levelled, dressed and restored to avoid any inconvenience to the public.
