Work of NTPC Keredari conveyor stopped, L&T and NTPC expresses regret

NTPC and L&T company expressed their regret on the protest happening at the construction site of the conveyor belt.About 250 people are employed in the project-affected Muslim Area of Pandu village in the under-construction conveyor belt in Keredari block and there are some families in which 2-3 people from the same family are employed by L&T.Villagers get employment directly and indirectly from the NTPC Keredari project.Without thinking about the interests of these poor families, people are being instigated to stop their livelihood.L&T is unable to work due to repeated protests at the construction site by Muslim Area of Pandu.
