Street lights operational during day

In New Shimla area, street lights remain operational even during day. There is no time schedule to turn the system on or off. The lackadaisical attitude of the MC can be observed from instances that in some localities street lights are out of order due to lack of repair while in New Shimla they aren’t even switched off during the day.
