State bags award for energy efficiency

Bengaluru: Karnataka won a central government award for topping the State Energy Efficiency Index, 2020, by scoring 70 out of 100 points.
The award was given to Karnataka Renewable Energy Development Limited on the occasion of National Conservation Day, observed on December 14 every year by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency.
