Serentica inks pact with Greenko

Hyderabad: Serentica Renewables, a C&I (commercial, industrial and institutional) focused renewable energy developer, on Monday said it has inked a first-of-its-kind standalone energy storage capacity offtake contract with Hyderabad-based global energy storage developer, Greenko Group.
Serentica will leverage Greenko’s energy storage capabilities to utilise cumulative 1,500 MWhr of 6-hour energy storage capacity from latter’s upcoming energy storage projects in AP and MP. This will augment efforts to deliver round-the-clock renewable energy to industrial customers with annual assurance of over 95% and 15-minute time-block assurance of over 85%.
