Man electrocuted while crossing road
Hyderabad: A 27-year-old man, who went to Mahankali temple on Sunday night to celebrate Bonalu, was electrocuted when he accidentally touched a wet electric pole in Ghas Mandi area of Secunderabad.
The deceased has been identified as Akash Singh (27) of Sabji Mandi area in Karwan. Akash was a salesman in Begum Bazar.
Police said Akash and his cousin, Jagan, went to Mahankali temple on Sunday night to see Bonalu celebrations.
While they were returning, Akash held an electric pole on the divider while crossing the road opposite the Karnataka Bank near Ghas Mandi area.
