Road, drain encroachment leads to civic woes

Rampant land grab in Bargarh city has been a prime cause of congestion and traffic problem in the city.

A two-lane construction work of Bargarh-Bheden road is in progress. However, encroachment of land has been a big impediment for the project. The road work between private bus stand to Tora could not be take off due to this.

Meanwhile , though late, the administration has started removing the encroachments.

But it is discussed that the administration will face a herculean task while lifting the encroachment from Lengu Mishra Chhak to Lamba building through Jeera river.
