REC shares drop 0.4% as Sensex rises
Shares of the REC NSE 1.08 % Ltd. traded at Rs 125.2 on BSE at 01:09PM (IST) on Thursday, down 0.4 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 83.7 and a high of Rs 156.85.
Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap down opening.
At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 3.65 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 34.3 per share and 0.5 times its book value, as per BSE data.
A total of 238,348 shares changed hands on the counter till 01:09PM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 24735.85 crore and is part of the Term Lending – Power industry.
The scrip has been an underperformer , up 38.7 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 73.34 per cent gain in Sensex.
