New Delhi: The city’s road signs seem to have lost their way, so the Public Words Department (PWD) has decided to clear the mess.
Some signs hang precariously; others are weather-beaten beyond recognition. At many spots, the signs are just missing. For commuters, the confusion at turns, missed exits, and the last-minute scrambles in the middle of chaotic traffic can be frustrating.
