Police write to PWD in pothole death case
NEW DELHI: Days after an auto rickshaw driver’s body was found drowned in a pothole after heavy rain in northeast Delhi’s Harsh Vihar, Delhi Police on Tuesday wrote to Public Works Department to seek their response on the incident.
Cops said they sought details related to the contractor and other people involved in the construction work. “After we get their reply, we will carry out further probe,” an officer said.
