Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated a slew of transformative development projects on Tuesday (February 20). PM Modi, who is on a visit to Jammu today, launched multiple development projects, including for railway, aviation, and road sectors, worth over Rs 32,000 crore.

Spanning an expansive 40,000 square meters, the terminal is poised to redefine air travel in the region. The new terminal is expected to play a pivotal role in enhancing air connectivity, thereby catalyzing tourism and trade.
The terminal will accommodate up to 2000 passengers during peak hours. Its environmentally friendly design is anticipated to contribute to the overall sustainability goals, while also showcasing the rich local culture of the region.
Holistic development
The initiatives, being launched by PM Modi today, are part of an extensive plan encompassing health, education, rail, road, aviation, petroleum, and civic infrastructure. The comprehensive approach underscores the government’s commitment to holistic development.
