NCLAT allows engine lessor ELFBV to inspect four engines leased to Go First

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal Friday allowed the plea of engine lessor Engine Lease Finance BV to inspect its four engines and asked the Go First Resolution professional to communicate the date of inspection within 10 days.
