Motorists’ letter draws attention to deplorable condition of SV Rd

MUMBAI: Motorists have raised cocerns about the deplorable state of SV Road, stretching from Bandra West to Santacruz, in a letter addressed to the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) and the BMC on July 9 last week. The letter sent by Mahim resident Irfan Machiwala and Mushtaq Ansari states that the road is riddled with potholes and is rapidly deteriorating thereby causing immense inconvenience to commuters. Adding to their woes, the barricades erected by the Metro authorities along this route have further worsened the situation they claim.
