Landing in Delhi on SpiceJet? Book your airport transfer cab mid-air

MUMBAI: From today, SpiceJet passengers on flights to Delhi can book, mid-air, a cab for travel from the airport, by using their own mobile, laptop or tablet that has been logged into the airline’s in-flight entertainment platform.

SpiceJet announced the industry-first initiative on Thursday saying that it will further extend the service at all major airports including Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Goa, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Pune in a phased-manner.

“Offering seamless last-mile connectivity, the service will allow passengers to book airport transfers mid-air to avoid any waiting for their transport, post-arrival at the cab transfer area,” said the airline in a press statement.
