IOC’s Sandeep Kumar Gupta to head GAIL
NEW DELHI: Sandeep Kumar Gupta on Monday took over the reins of the country’s largest gas utility company GAIL, moving from his previous job as director (finance) at IndianOil.
Gupta replaces Manoj Jain at a time when GAIL, as the largest provider of natural gas, is playing a major role in the country’s energy transition and is walking a tightrope in a volatile global gas market.
