Infra company Shrem eyes Rs 600 crore from InvIT
NEW DELHI: Mumbai-based road and infrastructure operator Shrem Group is planning to raise Rs 600 crore through an infrastructure investment trust (InvIT), comprising 24 operational road projects worth Rs 7,000 crore.
The group founder Nitan Chhatwal said they have got preliminary approval of the regulator Sebi for this first InvIT offering with hybrid annuity model (HAM) road projects.
