IndiGo’s website, app may experience disruptions on Jan 16, 17
IndiGo on Tuesday announced a scheduled system upgrade starting from 11pm on January 16, 2024, until 8:30 am on January 17, 2024. The airline assured passengers that flight operations at all airports will continue without interruption during this period.
However, some key services will be temporarily unavailable. The self-baggage drop and Digi Yatra facilities will not be accessible, and passengers are advised to plan accordingly. Additionally, there will be an impact on IndiGo’s website, mobile app, and contact center services.
