IndiGo’s server down, several flights delayed

HYDERABAD: Passengers travelling with IndiGo were stranded for hours across airports, including the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, on Monday, after the airlines’ server suffered a slowdown during the early hours. Harried passengers were forced to wait in queues with some sectors reporting delays of up to two or more hours.

Among the sectors that took a hit were Mumbai, Varanasi, Goa, Chennai, New Delhi, Jaipur, Visakhapatnam among others. Many passengers took to social media to express their anguish.
The operator, however, had issued a statement earlier in the day, regretting the inconvenience.
“Indigo airlines gave Monday Blues to passengers. My Coimbatore flight has been cancelled three times (via Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai) in 2 hours.
