Indian Railways major boost to Northeast region! Bairabi-Sairang railway line project completed 91 per cent – Check details

Indian Railway has shared an update on the 51.38 km long Bairabi-Sairang new railway line project, on social media platform X (formerly known as Twitter) which is being executed by the Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) zone of Indian Railways.
Completed up to 91 per cent, This project is set to be completed by March 2024. It will connect Mizoram, one of the eight northeastern states of India, with the rest of the country which will help the state boost its economy, tourism and development.
