Indian Railways earns Rs 1.25 lakh crore freight revenue till December 2023
Freight loading by the Indian Railways touched 1154.67 million tonnes (MT) in first nine months of the current fiscal.
According to official data, this is 4.1% more than the 1109.38 MT loading reported by the national transporter in the comparable months of the previous financial year.
