Hyderabad sweats as power cut on warm nights

Hyderabad: Complaints of load-shedding and power outages have been registered in ECIL, Kesara, Boduppal, Nacharam and Yapral areas as residents on a large scale are starting air conditioners due to hot nights and high levels of humidity.

The last one week has seen a spike in power consumption in these areas due to the increase in heat and humidity.
