GMR Group can’t dial Delhi airport passengers to partially fund ₹3,500 crore air train corridor
The government has denied permission to the Delhi airport to levy an airport development fee (ADF) to fund a Rs 3,500 crore elevated air train corridor connecting its three terminals.
The ministry of civil aviation has instead asked the GMR Group-operated Delhi International Airport Ltd (DIAL) to arrange alternate means of funding and subsequently levy a user development fee (UDF) when the train is operational.
