GAIL shares up 0.3% as Sensex falls

Shares of GAIL (India) Ltd. gained 0.3 per cent to Rs 164.5 in Friday’s session as of 10:40AM (IST) even as the equity benchmark Sensex traded 512.38 points lower at 57399.3.

Earlier in the day, the stock witnessed a start to the session. The stock quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 173.45 and a 52-week low of Rs 125.2 on NSE. Around 88999 shares changed hands on the counter till 10:40AM (IST).
