GAIL, LanzaTech tie up to make daily items from waste carbon

NEW DELHI: State-run gas utility GAIL is entering an innovative venture with LanzaTech, a US carbon capture and utilisation company, to convert waste carbon into products used in daily lives.

“Using LanzaTech’s cutting-edge technology will enhance our environmental stewardship and open up new avenues for driving sustainability across our operations,” GAIL chairman Sandeep Kumar Gupta said.
